So, what’s it like to be a Beaver?
Our Beaver Colony is for children aged 6-8, and we normally meet at the Scout Hut on Wednesdays.
During our meetings, we do an opening ceremony followed by various fun activties, ranging from craft and cooking to den building and bug hunting, plus lots of team games. We sometimes visit special sites, such as the Fire Station, Cheltenham Animal Shelter, or Activity Centres.
Our meetings sometimes enable us to bring things home with us to show off to our friends and family!
Our main leader is Fox who, along with a colony of fabulous friends and family, runs meetings that are packed with fun, engaging activities.
…in summary (for eager beavers)…
The colony meets weekly on Wednesday.
Our Beaver Colony offers your child the opportunity to be a part of many amazing activities and gain many great skills, and friends, for life.
